How can I place an order?
Ordering your favorite Natural Derma Pet products is quick and secure. Simply browse our online store, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, EU bank transfers (IBAN), and Apple Pay / Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure to protect your data.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Lithuania & Baltic countries: 1–3 business days. Other EU countries: 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur
during holidays or due to courier issues, but we always strive for timely delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, definitely. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.
What if I have questions or need help with my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@groomica.eu.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll inform you immediately and offer an alternative product, a refund, or an estimated restock date—your choice.
Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Many of our customers love gifting Natural Derma Pet products. During checkout, you can add a gift note. For large gift orders or corporate gifting, feel free to contact us directly.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes. A digital invoice is sent to your email once the order is confirmed. If you need a printed version or one with company details, please include your VAT info at checkout or email us directly.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the applicable shipping rates and options during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – we offer free shipping for individual customers on orders over 49 € within Lithuania and the Baltic countries.
Please note: This offer does not apply to professional customers, resellers, or wholesale accounts.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland only. If you're located outside these countries, unfortunately we do not offer shipping at this time. For special inquiries, feel free to contact us at hello@groomica.eu.
How long does shipping take?
Lithuania, Latvia: 1–3 working days Poland: 3–7 working days
Delivery may take longer during holidays or due to customs-related delays.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, grooming and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or sent in error. If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email hello@groomica.eu with your order number and reason for the return. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all return costs.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll resolve it by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping fees.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
