How To Use

Use each product for its intended area and follow the individual label. Dilute the jasmine floor cleaner at 50 ml per 5 litres of water for routine floor care. Spray the stain and odor remover directly onto affected fabrics, allow it to work briefly, then blot or wipe. Use the mandarin odor eliminator on suitable pet-area surfaces, the laundry detergent for washable pet textiles according to its label, and the wipes for quick coat or paw refreshes. Check fabric and surface compatibility where appropriate.

Does it come with a warranty?

Our products are covered under Lithuanian and EU consumer protection law. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@groomica.eu within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. If confirmed, we'll offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

What happens if I don't like it?

If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unopened if hygiene rules apply (e.g. shampoos, wipes, perfumes). To start a return, email hello@groomica.eu before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return eligible items. Sealed hygiene or cosmetic pet products (shampoos, perfumes, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
